Golden Hour Beauty Studio

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total and can be transferred only once if you need to reschedule, as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total, as last-minute changes impact my schedule and other clients. No-shows will be charged 90% of the balance due for the service and require full payment of the service for future appointments. No-show fee charged after 10 mins from your original booking time if there’s not communication about being late. If you show up sick and we have to cancel and schedule a new appointment, you will forfeit your deposit, as well as follow cancellation policy, and will have to pay a new deposit for a new appointment. Please let me know before your appointment if you need to reschedule due to sickness. I understand life happens! Please don’t hesitate to reach out, open and honest communication is always appreciated and expected. Thank you for respecting my time and policies.
