A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total and can be transferred only once if you need to reschedule, as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total, as last-minute changes impact my schedule and other clients. No-shows will be charged 90% of the balance due for the service and require full payment of the service for future appointments. No-show fee charged after 10 mins from your original booking time.
