A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total and can be transferred only once if you need to reschedule, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total, as last-minute changes impact my schedule and other clients. No-shows will require full payment of the service for future appointments. I understand life happens!
